Integrated Manual Therapies

Parents/caregivers are welcomed and encouraged to stay during the entire visit of their child. On the Initial visit we will review their health history together, followed by an assessment and treatment. 

Assessment and treatments are done fully clothed so I recommend your child wears comfortable clothing if possible. Making the little ones feel safe and comfortable during their visit is my main priority, please feel free to bring their favorite toy or book. 

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a very gentle treatment that aims to relieve tensions deep in the body to help reduce pain, resolve dysfunctions, and improve whole-body health and performance. This is accomplished by using a very light touch around the structures that surround the central nervous system: cranium, spine, sacrum and the soft tissues that support it. 
During a CST session the body can relax and self correct; each individual can have a very unique healing experience. 

My training was done through the Upledger Institute, where I completed the four core levels, plus Pediatrics. I have furthered my learning beyond this with additional education in the Biodynamic CST approach. 

 I have practiced CST for over 10 years, and I’ve been very fortunate to witness countless remarkable results with this gentle therapy. 

CST is suitable for all ages, from newborns to the elderly.
