Welcome! I’m Belem Hernandez.

I offer a holistic and gentle approach to healing by integrating various modalities such as Manual Osteopathy, CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Total Body Balancing, Somatic Experiencing, Reiki and others. Not only focusing on correcting structural imbalances, but addressing different aspects that might be contributing to and perpetuating symptoms. I create a personalized and comprehensive treatment for every client. My goal is to compassionately support others in their journey of well-being. I work with individuals of all ages. 

I'm located on the main floor of the Medical Dental Building, next to the Red Deer Hospital.
